The Roses and Pearls Tea
Our Annual Roses and Pearls Tea returns this year on Saturday, March 22nd! Please consider joining us for a classic tea party including drinks, food, Eta Theta merchandise, and live performances. The price for entry for guests is $25 each, with all proceeds going to the Enka Highschool. Anyone is welcome to attend!

The Roses and Pearls Tea was established by the Eta Theta Chapter in 2014 and has received recognition by Sigma Alpha Iota at our National Convention. The event is our chapter's largest fundraiser, being a collaborative endeavor for our current Sisters, Alumnae, and members of the local community. We have had additional support from the Brothers of the Epsilon Lambda Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi and the Omicron Epsilon Chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, as well as special guests from our university in attendance. We showcase our love of music during the Roses and Pearls Tea by hosting live performances from our own Sisters, as well as members of Western Carolina University's David Orr Belcher College of Fine and Performing Arts.

We also invite anyone to consider becoming a Table Host for the 2025 Roses and Pearls Tea! Table Hosts:

Pay a $20 hostess fee that will go towards the Jackson County Arts Council.

Arrive early to decorate a table with their own decorations based on their color of choice

Invite their own guests to fill up seats at their table. The RSVP list will be sent out to the hosts prior to the Roses and Pearls Tea to confirm which guests correspond with each host.

Attend meetings with the tea director to discuss the day's events and give input on the menu
